Very good service from the cleaning staff, bravo!! In one of the bungalows the air conditioner smelled very bad when turned on; they should change the filter more often and in that same room it seemed the sheets were dirty, but they came and changed them without any problem, many thanks to Luis and Yolanda.

“Wouldn’t recommend”

The garden looked nice, but we arrived 10 minutes early and the property was closed; no one was there to check us in. We were handed a code, but the keypad was broken, so we couldn't get in. We had to ask the neighbors, and finally a friendly gardener opened the door for us. Throughout our stay there was no welcome or greeting, the place felt like a ghost town, and at night nobody was around either.

“Etape magnifique au coeur du Yucatan”

The place is beautiful, surrounded by a gorgeous private park with swimming areas and relaxation spots like pools and jacuzzis that are truly wonderful. The room was clean, pleasant, and functional. The center of the small town of Homun, one of the high points of the famous 'cenotes' in Yucatan, is only a 10‑minute walk away.

Everything in the facilities was excellent, and the rooms weren't cramped at all; everything was very good. The only downside was that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy more.

The relaxed jungle atmosphere was great. We arrived at 3:30, but our room wasn't ready until after 4, and the only other detail was that the owner handled everything over the phone very well.
