Le Vacoa is nestled in La Saline les Bains, a 5-minute walk from the lagoon. The hotel features a salty water swimming pool, library, and self-catering rooms with air-conditioning, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Rooms have patio views, some with a terrace, and solar-heated showers. A shared kitchen, BBQ facilities, and proximity to Saint-Gilles-les-Bains (6 km) and Roland Garros Airport (36 km) enhance its appeal.

The hygiene was terrible, the stench was nauseating, the photos were misleading, and the rates the hotel advertised were over‑priced.

The spot was close to the lagoon, a pastry shop, a bakery, and restaurants, but the outdoor parking at the property was a drawback.

The location near the lagoon, the kitchenette, and the pool area were all very pleasant, but the rooms felt a little outdated and could use a renovation; our first room was really not in a rentable condition, yet the staff reacted quickly and offered us a replacement.
