Being outside the center is actually a plus here because the accommodation faces the lake, and walking to the center is still short, though the center itself isn’t special. I couldn’t use the paddle surf even after requesting it in advance; the inflation pump wasn’t the right one, and the paddle was for a boat.

The lake in front of the property is impressive, and the staff were very helpful, letting me relax and recover. However, some details were generic for Guatemala, the electrical installation was odd, and the drain was slightly blocked.

In the jungle with a beautiful dock, the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great, but the shower didn’t dispense water.
