Garden Guest House near Rene tower Ruby general hospital

“If you have visa appointment at Rene tower then it could be good stay for one day”

The spot was well‑situated and peaceful, close to Rene tower, so people with visa appointments had a good stay. However, chairs should be placed in the room and the free Wi‑Fi service should be advertised to guests.

“They need to develop lot many things within the property”

The only thing I liked was the staff who was there and their behaviour; otherwise there was nothing to appreciate.

“Though nearest to the VFS center for Visa purpose, no assistance was received from the staff .”

It was pocket‑friendly, but the cleanliness could improve and the staff should be more welcoming to visitors who don’t speak Bengali.

“Disappointing not worth it.”

The staff boys were very polite, yet they couldn’t even provide a live cricket channel and told me to use my mobile or connect it to the TV. The phone network was terrible, and everything had to be requested—bedsheets were only changed when I asked. Cobwebs were still present, and the room was only cleaned on request, not by default. Even after a change of customer, the new guest had to ask for a clean set of bed spreads and other items; otherwise everything stayed dirty. There was a lot of noise on the ground floor late at night, especially from the slum dwellers nearby, and the corridors were noisy as well.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.
