“Absolutes Desaster 8 Stunden umsonst angereist”

I travelled 8 hours and paid in advance through Booking, only to be met at 1 am by rude staff standing outside our door. They suddenly said they had no rooms available and seemed indifferent to everything else. Uncooperative, rude and absolutely not guest‑friendly.

“Top verblijf”

The beds were really top quality, the rooms were nice, and I would definitely come back for the staff and the view of the hotel. Maybe the floors could have been cleaned a bit better, but everything else was clean. After we mentioned it, they paid extra attention everywhere. The customer service was excellent and I definitely recommend the place. Really top!

“Overall beautiful place we will definitely come back”

I love the spot – the scenery is gorgeous and the vistas are breathtaking! The only downside is that there are no phones in the room, so we had to rely on our own devices, and the only in‑room appliances are an iron and a hairdryer. Plus, the TV isn’t in the bedroom but in the lounge area.
