The location is great, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and discreet, and the city itself deserves a visit.

The apartment in Modica’s historic center is excellent, fully equipped with modern amenities, very clean, and beautifully decorated, though it’s a bit hard to find even with the host’s directions. We liked everything.

The place is very attractive, comfortable, and well situated, and the host is very attentive and helpful. I think 10:00 is a bit early for checkout and 4:00 is a bit late for check‑in, but that seems to be the usual practice; I didn’t ask for early check‑in or late checkout, so I’m not sure about flexibility.
