Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort

We had a wonderful overnight stay at a beautiful hotel where the staff were friendly and helpful; everything was absolutely perfect. The food was gorgeous—we enjoyed a three‑course meal in the bar that was exceptional.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the view of the golf course from the restaurant was stunning. The Blessington Greenway is a 5 km drive away, offering a lovely walking area with boards, open fields, and a wooden (plastic) boardwalk by the lake.

I slept on a bed that was two single mattresses jammed together and I ended up falling into the gap; the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the restaurant was shut for the whole day.

Everything was perfect: the staff were lovely, the hotel and room were spotless and well maintained, and the food was fabulous. We had an evening meal and breakfast, with something for everyone at breakfast. The location is a bit out of town for me; we only stayed one night, but if we had stayed longer there would have been nothing within walking distance.
