“Disappointing for the Value of Money.”

I stayed in a room that was generally okay, and the breakfast was decent, but the AC made a loud noise all night and I couldn't sleep, even though I paid $350. The staff were unhelpful and not customer‑oriented, and there was only one employee at reception even though the hotel was fully booked, forcing me to queue for any question.

“مكاني المفضل بقلب شارع العليا”

The location is strategic, quiet, and luxurious, almost like you own the place. The staff were more than wonderful from arrival to check‑in, with a quick response and a welcoming atmosphere. I also liked the gym, pool, and the lavish, varied breakfast. The employees were very friendly and met every request. Special thanks to Ms. Safia for the excellent reception and for attending to guests’ needs.

“Great and clean hotel food is nice and on the top of everything is the friendly and polite staffs”

I want to highlight the outstanding staff with high ethical standards and a warm welcome; I think the person named Yahya, dark‑skinned, was especially memorable. If I return, he will be one of the main reasons. The location was fantastic in mid‑town.
