Family rooms feature air‑conditioning, kitchenette, private bath, TV, and free Wi‑Fi. Guests enjoy breakfast in room, bicycle parking, and on‑site private parking. Nearby, Plage Pissarelles (18 min walk), Les Pissarelles (1.4 km), Jardin Exotique (6 km), and Nice Opéra (13 km).

A lovely host, stunning green surroundings, precious

Very friendly host, spectacular location, very close to the sea with (partial) private access, good pebble beach suitable for snorkeling, large garden for shared use, great view. Monaco and Nice are each 5 km away and easily reachable by bike or bus. Unfortunately, there were a lot of aggressive tiger mosquitoes. The provided smoke coils and mosquito spray helped a bit but couldn't stop us from being heavily bitten.

A very nice apartment with a stunning view and easy beach access. Host Mario was always available and answered every question we had. Nothing to add.

We left the accommodation after 5 minutes because of the awful smell and rooms with spiders, stinky sheets and towels were not what we expected. The drunken owners were the final piece that ruined the whole experience. Stay away. Booking only refunded us 50 %. We lost money and time.
