“Great staff, good facilities. Shame about the location.”
Polite staff were always happy to help, but the location was neither convenient for the city nor for the airport—just halfway between the two.

We received a great sleeping spot for our dog, who was exhausted after the flight, and the room itself felt very relaxing.

The place was clean, and we enjoyed room service, the spa, and breakfast, but there was a misunderstanding about payment: I had put money as a deposit, yet they tried to charge my card that I had added as a guarantee.
