It was perfect for a solo traveler: there was enough space, a modern bathroom, an air conditioner, hot water, a fridge, and a microwave, and the property was clean. The location is a bit far from the main tourist spots and from the beach.

The location had a gas station two blocks away and a bus stop; the room was clean, had a fridge and a microwave, offered complimentary water, the shower was excellent and warmed the water in seconds, the makeup mirror and lighting were very complete, and there was a very pleasant kitten. However, the host did not mention rules such as taking out the trash, separating recycling from regular trash (she only told you before leaving), not going barefoot or without a shirt in front of the property (she would call you out), threatening to evict you if something didn’t meet her standards (even if you cleaned a spilled drink yourself, she insisted you shouldn’t clean it, giving the impression she wanted to take photos and charge a cleaning fee), forbidding you from taking chairs outside the house for a drink because she said it “obstructs the path for guests” even though there is a whole patio for that, and she handled simple questions with a disdainful tone, saying “there is no front desk service, I have a job” (she apparently thinks having a booking listing isn’t a job). It was also strange and inconsistent that the entrance to the accommodation was censored, so I will post it here. I left the accommodation in excellent condition.

The updated bathroom was a plus, there was a beach umbrella and a cooler. It was smaller than it looks, the neighborhood is not great, you have to park on the street, and it doesn’t feel safe.

Digital castle and good communication, but there was no parking; it's not a huge issue since you can park on nearby streets, sometimes even very close to the house.
