Location, air‑conditioned room. I arrived at 19:00 and the room wasn’t ready. No commercial gesture to offer at least breakfast.

Everything matched our expectations: friendly staff, great location, quiet and comfy room, and good value. The only downside was the lack of drinks and snacks when we arrived late.

I booked a double room but was handed a single of only 12 m² that wasn’t ready until 17:30. The first night was noisy, and nobody did anything about it. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional.
