The place looks nice and its location is good, not far from the center. The elevator was out of order for all four days, even though they promised to fix it the next morning. Staff were constantly moving around, and only a friendly woman in glasses was available on Sunday; the rest of the team ruined that positive impression. The sofas in the room were dirty, making it unpleasant to sit on them.

The room is clean, cozy, and the staff are helpful. However, there are no heaters and the air‑conditioning system doesn’t provide heat.

Everything is great, especially the receptionist who always helps with any question.

Особо ничего, все старое, между комнатами все слышно. 1).лифт не работал 2).попросила завтрак в номер, так как была после операц мне сказали что лифт не работает и нету официанта это очень странно честно говоря я же не с проста попросила нет и все мне сказали, ну с сервисом есть проблемы
