“Все було добре, дуже приємна власниця”
The location was great, and there were only a few people in the room.

The location was convenient, everything within walking distance, with places to eat nearby, small shops, and a currency exchange. Everything was liked, will come back again.

The hostel was wonderful and cozy at a very modest price, so good that you want to stay there. The hostess was kind, caring, and understanding. Nothing else.

The location was excellent ❤️ the beach and the dolphinarium were just a short walk away, exactly what we wanted. We usually swam near the Marriott beach where it was quiet and calm ❤️ the Old Batumi architecture is simply beautiful, everyone should see it. Everything was liked ❤️
“Bedbugs - Threatening owner”
The place was located well. A few days before my arrival, one of the hosts had already been bitten by bedbugs in the room. The owner knew about it and still chose not to cancel any reservations, including mine from 31/08 to 03/09. I was bitten between 01/09 and 02/09 and then notified the host. Instead of offering a refund or another solution, the owner made me pay for cleaning the contaminated clothes and even wanted me to pay for an extra day. The reason was that I had to stay 4‑5 hours longer than the time limit to retrieve my clothes from the washing machine. I understand such a situation can happen in any hostel/hotel, but the owner’s attitude was: 1. Irresponsible because I was not the first case (the owner was already aware of bedbug bites in the room) 2. Threatening, as the owner was angry with me (and charging me additional costs) for reporting bedbugs to booking.
