“Cozy stay”

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and courteous, and the place stayed clean; I paid extra for breakfast, which was superb. However, the hotel isn’t disability‑friendly—stairs lead to reception, then another 4‑5 steps to the lift, and the entrance is poorly designed, forcing me to lug luggage back and forth. The corridor lacks seating, and the whole property feels cramped despite good décor.

“Overall good stay for solo traveller”

The hotel itself was spotless, which was a huge relief after a long day of traveling. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the real letdown was the location. It's situated in a bustling area that's always packed with people, which made it difficult to get some peace and quiet. Still, the cleanliness and helpful staff made up for the chaos outside.

The hotel's excellent location was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the noise from the street outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were super helpful, though - I checked in late and they were still friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a decent shower. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but the noise was a real drawback.
