“Perfect!”

Great location and a very nice mountain view from my room! The hotel was clean, modern and I really appreciated the complimentary water. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also tried the restaurant and the food was really good. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Almaty!. The only minor downside was the bathroom, the space between the door and the toilet is quite narrow, which makes opening and closing the door a little difficult. Might depend on the room type though

The team was highly competent and the rooms were clean, cozy and offered mountain views, with receptionist Hamid being friendly and courteous, helping with every request; the hotel made our stay pleasant thanks to great service and comfort, although the breakfasts could be a little better, they were still decent overall.

The hotel was great. Excellant facilities and well located. The room was extremely spacious and the included breakfast was very generous. Some of the staff especially Incah were fantastic and really helpful. Thanks also Incah for your excellant English! To say I didn’t like anything is a bit strong, however due to several of the staff not speaking English it was at times difficult to communicate. Also we were overcharged when we checked in which I discovered later on after checking my credit card. (This was quickly rectified the following day.) The hot food at breakfast was cold every day. (The fried eggs for example.)

We spent eight nights there, having booked the room six months ahead without paying upfront. During that period the hotel responded quickly to every question, arranged early check‑in, and sat in a quiet neighborhood near the Evstrai River, about a 15‑minute walk to the metro. Many attractions were a 15‑30 minute stroll away, and a taxi could reach the hotel fast when needed. The room was immaculate, with spotless bathroom and shower, cleaning on demand, a ironing room, and a separate smoking balcony. Reception staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast ran from 7:00 to 10:00 with plenty of options, lots of vegetables, baked items and salads, and the sour cream was delicious. We also ordered dinner from the bar menu in the evenings. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Everything was great. They even let me check in much earlier and it was very appreciated
