Nestled just over a mile from Edinburgh’s city centre, the Rosehall Hotel offers intimate, traditionally furnished rooms with en suite or private external baths, flat‑screen TVs, and tea/coffee facilities. Located on the A7 near Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat, it provides free Wi‑Fi and easy access to the Royal Mile, Princes Street, and Waverly Rail Station.

Everything from the location to the room itself was great. The room I was assigned did not have a separate bathroom.

The room was clean and cozy, showing attention to detail; there was plenty of space for belongings, many hangers, comfortable beds, good toiletries, and a nicely scented bathroom. Breakfast was modest but tasty. The owner contacted us before arrival and during the stay to see if we needed anything; if we were very picky it was a slight downside. Overall we liked everything and recommend the place.

Getting to the city from the bus stop across the street was easy, and the room was spacious enough for a family of four with a good hot shower.

The hotel sits on several bus routes and is only 20 minutes from the city centre, offering a stunning view of Arthur’s Seat just a short walk away. Everything was lovely!!

The place is about 20 minutes on foot from the centre and also reachable by bus, with a nice interior. Nothing.
