The spacious room opened onto a lovely deep garden where multiple seating spots always let you catch some sun; the hostess was very welcoming, everything was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and we could take the remaining bread for lunch. On Esther’s advice we ate at eetcafé J en J nearby on Groningerstraat, a short walk away. Nothing else to complain about.

The beds were good, the surroundings were calm, and the breakfast was fine, but the price was quite high.

The breakfast was excellent: Esther brought us croissants and fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese, charcuterie, and preserves. We had a great night in a very quiet environment with her charming little garden.
