“Poor Maintenance”

The location is excellent—you can walk everywhere. The photos, however, do not match reality at all. The Rose Room is fairly ordinary, but the bathroom ceiling is damaged, damp, and patched poorly with tape. The curtains are actually shower curtains and all torn. The shower water heats up, yet there is nowhere to place or hang the showerhead. Inside the building, a constant, very strong smell of oriental cooking lingers. What I disliked most was that after staying five days, I asked for a towel change and was told to pay an extra €5. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof; I was woken early in the morning by door noises and cleaning activities.

I only liked the location. I didn’t like the poor quality of the room equipment (the armchairs had yellow stains, the pillows were low quality and smelled bad; normally a bed has two sets of linens, but there was only one); there was just one washcloth for three people. In the toilet, the shower pipe was damaged, the towel rack was very oxidized (unpleasant appearance). Overall, that room and the toilet need some work to keep serving guests. They only get customers because the presentation photos are not very explicit. The only real positive is the presence of an elevator.

The best part is the location. It needs a renovation. The listing photos do not match reality.
