I stayed on the fifth floor without an elevator, and the last set of stairs was treacherous with loose wooden steps; the bathroom lacked a water release knob and the sanitary battery was poorly maintained. The bed was made of two mattresses of different heights, and the TV only offered the Caracol channel.
