The front office was good, but the property is not accessible by taxi and sits deep inside a gully. They sell the hotel for just INR 1800 at reception while advertising 52 EUR (INR 5282) elsewhere, which felt like a cheat, and the breakfast was absolutely ridiculous compared to the price I paid, so I rate it 2.0/10.

Nothing. The alley is far from Connaught Place (30 minutes on foot), the rooms are small and dirty, the sheets are soapy, the bath towels are dirty, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom.

It’s well‑located near the station, the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very limited, the hotel is somewhat under renovation and disorganized, and it’s tucked into a hard‑to‑find alley in a dirty area.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The facility itself is quite worn down and very dirty; there’s dust everywhere, surfaces aren’t cleaned regularly, which made the overall stay rather unpleasant.
