The magnificent establishment lives up to its name in the heart of Geneva; everything is perfect – the room, the reception, the bar and the restaurant, if you pay the price. But it’s Megève.

The location, decor, cleanliness and staff were all good. The shower glass was broken and the toilet trap was poorly painted.

The spot was great, the décor was nice, and everything was spotless, but there was no air conditioning.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but I had filtered for hotels with parking on Booking, yet the parking offered is a covered lot a short walk away, not adjacent, and costs 25 Euro per night—a fact that wasn’t disclosed.
