We stayed for one night while traveling, and this place fit us perfectly: quiet, countryside, old and unusual, and the owner was friendly.

The breakfast was good; other guests had a coffee maker but I, as a Genius 3 member, wasn’t allowed that privilege!!!

The food was superb, dinner was fantastic, and the atmosphere—though dated and modest—was calm, genuine, full of peace and nature. The rooster crowing in the morning was wonderful. Only suggestion: the double bed had two very high pillows; maybe add two lower ones for choice. We used the child’s pillow, which was far too small, and my husband and I fought over it all night.
