The location is good located at assi ghat which is around 3-4 km from dashawamedh ghat. The hotel staff is very courteous and was very helpful with booking of cab and also for overall inquiry. The room service can improve a little

Location. Service. They took 1 hr to bring towels. Took 1.5 hours to say can't provide paneer dish and then delivered paneer dish

We didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included when we booked, but the location is fine and the staff are polite. The bed linens, towels, and other textiles feel very old, and the rooms have a stale smell because they’re locked without air‑conditioning or ventilation; the hotel should consider turning on the AC for rooms that are expected to be occupied on a given date.
