Hotel Campestre Alto Bonito del Quindío

“La atención, la amabilidad y la limpieza del hotel fue excelente. Las personas muy familiares y sobre todo muy educadas”

Everything about the place was fine; I couldn't find anything to complain about. The rooms, the staff, the food—everything met my expectations without any issues.

The scenery and the facilities are beautiful, though the bathrooms could use better ventilation. After a long trip from Bogotá we found the reception empty and had to hunt down staff around the hotel, which was frustrating. Breakfast was painfully slow, the orders were often wrong, and there was barely any beer left. On the second day we ran out of toilet paper and had to request extra towels, adding to the inconvenience.

“Excelente estadía para descansar en familia”

The staff were genuinely friendly, and the farm itself offers a pleasant spot to unwind. I appreciated the relaxed vibe and the clean surroundings.

“excelente servicio doña dora y don Javier muy cordiales atentos amables se sintió como en casa super”

Breakfast was tasty and the staff were attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. The countryside estate is pretty, especially with all the colorful lights, and it's conveniently close to the places we wanted to visit. My only regret is that the stay was too short—I wish we had more time.

Service was excellent—the staff were constantly attentive and really charming. The food was tasty, and both the bar and restaurant added a nice touch. I really couldn't find anything that bothered me.
