Everything was tidy and clean. The downside was the hotel’s location, with only a few streets in the neighborhood.

The hotel is close to the airport. However, the toilet paper ran out after just four uses for our four-person party, and the room’s window had no blinds, so the hallway lights were always visible.

The airport transfer service was terrible and the promised refund was not honored. We prepaid 55,000 COP for both arrival and departure transfers, and although the hotel knew our flight numbers and times, the service fell apart. At arrival, our companions waited an hour and a half while the hotel kept moving them from one gate to another, citing traffic excuses. After that exhausting wait, it was completely unacceptable, especially since the hotel is only a short walk from the airport. The departure situation was even worse: we had a one‑hour pickup scheduled, but when the vehicle was supposed to arrive, we were told it would be delayed another hour and a half, risking us missing our flight. If the service couldn’t be provided, they should have arranged another taxi instead of leaving guests stranded. They promised to refund 25,000 COP for the unused departure transfer, but later cut the refund to 20,000 COP without explanation, and we still haven’t received any money back. Paying for a service that can’t be guaranteed and then breaking the refund promise is unacceptable. I would not recommend using this hotel’s transfers; it’s safer to arrange your own transport.
