The hotel is close to public transport and the shipping and dining areas are easy to reach.

I liked the location and what it offered, but the TV broke and we were stuck on cable; maintenance said Netflix was down until tomorrow but it never returned, the TV worked for only one day, all other streaming apps disappeared, and the vanity light didn’t work. It wasn’t a deal‑breaker, but it made unwinding after walking New York’s streets less enjoyable.

The room was very good and the staff were very friendly, but the location was not ideal, the lobby was small, the bar was in the basement, and breakfast took a very long time.

The spot is perfect for a quick subway hop to Manhattan, and the staff were lovely; the bed was comfy and the room was so quiet that I slept like a log. Everything else was great!
