The service was simply wonderful. Every person working here—doormen, receptionists, managers, and administrators—were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to solve any problem or special need. The space was kept very clean and organized. The stay was truly very good. The only downside was the internet, which was very unstable and slow. There were times when it was practically impossible to make a video call or do any online task. I suggest guests buy a mobile data package to cover this need during their stay.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, but their help was limited to relative terms; they lacked real decision‑making power and could only offer the ubiquitous Nigerian phrase "sorry sir/madam". In other words, hard luck, your guess is as good as mine. When we entered our room it was absolutely boiling hot. They had contacted me to find out when I'd be arriving, so you'd expect them to turn the air‑conditioning on to cool it. No, of course! The air‑conditioning unit was extremely asthmatic and took the full two days of my stay of being continuously on to finally cool the room (the staff had to be told not to switch it off under any circumstances). Breakfast was a complete bust. My booking included complimentary breakfast. Their breakfast offerings were underwhelming, a massive understatement. Complimentary breakfast on the first morning was: Yam and egg sauce or Noodles and eggs. Complimentary breakfast on the second morning was: Puff, puff Pancakes Akara (Bean cakes). I'm sure many reading this will think what am I complaining about? In my world this does not constitute breakfast.

The hospitality was top notch. Tony is a special human, one of a kind. He is the reason I will return to this place anytime I visit Abuja.

The staff here were absolute gems, especially Naomi who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was seriously delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. On the downside, the shower was a bit of a letdown - it just didn't live up to our expectations. Overall, though, the friendly staff made up for it.
