The friendliness of the staff, the convenient location for travel, and the proximity to the old town. The parking garage is perfect. No complaints. A small fridge would be nice.

Spacious room, calm, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Central location, close to restaurants. The first room we got was on the top basement level, but we were lucky to swap without any problems. The mattresses are too soft.

I stayed only one night, everything was fine, and the staff were very friendly.

Great hotel for a layover. We had a spacious three‑person room and appreciated the kettle for tea. The breakfast buffet was good and generous. Erlangen’s town centre is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants for dinner. Silverfish were in the bed, and we had to pay for the parking garage while our friends who also drove didn’t.
