“Good .”

The location was good and easy to navigate; the hotel had a restaurant and plenty of good food options nearby. I think there are rooms and facilities that could use improvement, but that’s just my personal view.

We stayed in a nice room on level 3 overlooking the lake. We arrived early, walked from the bus stop, and found the location great. We waited about 15–20 minutes in the lobby, which was comfortable and had a restroom. At 6.30 am we were given a temporary room for a small fee of 300k VND, which let us shower, nap, and grab coffee and water. That temporary room was a bit noisy, but our main room was clean, spacious for three people, and had all the basic amenities except a fridge. The bathroom was clean. The TV had no channels, but we could cast from our devices. The staff were polite and helpful, and room service and housekeeping were good—they came every morning with water, coffee sachets, clean towels, and toilet paper. Breakfast was good, with enough vegetarian options, though eggs were only boiled and fried. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thanks to Kevin and everyone. Daisy and RajeevG. We’d like to suggest clear labels at the breakfast table, especially for vegetarians.

I love how the hotel sits right in the center of everything, and my room on the 3rd floor had a balcony that looked out over the lake—what a gorgeous view. The location is simply unbeatable!
