The hotel’s location and view are superb, but the housekeeping is really disappointing.

The location was fine, but the staff were not welcoming, the cleanliness was poor, and the room had very old, peeling furniture.

The food was tasty, though it could have used more seasoning; the place was organized, there was enough food and variety. In the evening, on Saturday, the dining room was chaotic – it wasn’t clear where we were supposed to sit and we feared there wouldn’t be a spot for us. It turned out there were more people than expected. Despite the mess, the staff managed the situation well and added more tables. Still, there was a sense of crowding and pressure. The food was very tasty.

From the moment I booked, they called to let me know the car wasn’t available in the room I’d chosen, and they honestly explained which rooms were left; we still decided to come. They greeted us with a warm smile, made sure we caught the sunset, and slipped us into rooms with kindness and love even though we hadn’t asked. Words can’t describe it! The view is breathtaking, the location is perfect, and the beach is just a few steps away.
