The room was very spacious and newly renovated, and the host was genuinely kind and helpful, yet the acoustic comfort was lacking; the building isn’t sound‑proof, and being on the ground floor of a condominium, outside noises intrude, especially at night when you can also hear the neighboring room, and another issue is that without a private terrace you can only dry swimsuits and beach towels from a window overlooking a closed courtyard that isn’t exposed to the sun, making drying difficult.

The recently renovated property is stylish, in an excellent location, with free enclosed parking, and everything was perfect.
