The view from our room and from the main restaurant was wonderful – it definitely did not disappoint!

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts were very good, and we liked the baggage service that moved our bags to and from the train station. The location relative to the train and various Wengen restaurants was convenient – only a 5‑7 minute walk. The rooms were cramped, which is typical for mountain hotels, but they were clean and the shower was larger than what we’ve seen in other European hotels.

They gave us a room with a balcony that offered a nice view. The fan in the room was helpful. Breakfast was nice and the 24‑hour coffee was good. A tea kettle in the room would have been useful. The uphill walk was a bit intense, but we knew that from other reviews at the time of booking.

One of the best views I’ve ever seen at a hotel! Stunning. We watched the valley change colors at sunrise and sunset. We brought drinks from the bar to enjoy them from our spectacular balcony. I highly recommend it to anyone. I would love to return!!
