The spot was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and patient while we dealt with flight cancellations caused by the Mt Etna eruption.

The room was spacious and the staff were kind, but the bathroom was old.

The location was exceptional, the rooms were fairly large and pleasant, and the reception was also excellent. The only downside might be that the bathroom—especially the shower—was a bit small and there’s no clear view, but it’s still quite acceptable.

My room had all the facilities I expected, was charmingly decorated in the Italian style, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection.
