The room was very beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a very generous variety.

The room and beds were good, although a bit dated, and the elevators were prompt. The Executive lounge served food and drinks in the evening at different hours, but the staff began dismantling the buffet with loud, annoying noise, ignoring guests who were trying to relax. They told us the food area would close soon, then the chef and others started refilling large amounts of new food. About ten minutes later they brought a big container and dumped all the food into it, creating an unappetizing sight and sound that felt more like a pig stable than an Executive Lounge. There was no professionalism. Most staff spoke very poor English, failing to provide acceptable service, and management isn’t training them adequately. It’s sad for such a reputable hotel chain.

The breakfast was tasty and varied, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, yet there are no good restaurants or shops nearby.
