The food was a rare treat, but the outside noise was loud.

The service and the room were clean, and having an open‑air bath in the room with two meals included was great value. The dishes were tasty, but for the pot‑type meals, I would have liked some condiments like yuzu pepper.

The place was awesome.

The staff were friendly, but the location was a bit confusing.

The hotel is cozy, and the scent of tea soothes you; the meals, made with care and fresh ingredients, were superb. However, there was no lounge to relax outside the room, the large bath felt cramped and poorly maintained, and the foreign‑speaking staff repeatedly mischarged for drinks, requiring corrections.
