When I checked in, the toilet bowl was already cracked and I found a cockroach in the room.

All the facilities were complete and comfortable, yet the cleaner didn't wash properly; when I entered the room there were still hair strands in the room and the bathroom, so I hope management will address this.

Nothing good, but the staff were deceptive and the room was dirty.
