“Excelente hotel, recomendado al 100%”

The hotel’s facilities are very pleasant and comfortable for resting and disconnecting. The rooms are spacious, providing ample room for a full family. The staff are very kind, affectionate, and always ready to help with anything you need. I recommend the hotel 100 % and it’s a great lodging option near Villavieja, just less than a block from the Tatacoa Natural History Museum. Everything I liked, no complaints at all.

“Buena”

We really enjoyed our time at Hotel El Cielo by Rubí – the place was spotless, the atmosphere cozy, and the breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, with the staff being warm and helpful. The first room’s shower barely produced water, so we ended up using the pool shower, and after being moved the new room had a leaking sink that left a puddle on the floor.

The pool was a nice spot to relax and the rooms felt comfortable, but there was no restaurant on the property, so we had to find meals elsewhere.

“Bien pero puede mejorar la calidad del servicio”

The hotel is a great place to unwind and escape the city’s routine, yet the person in charge rarely replied to messages promptly and the overall communication from the team was lacking.
