The surroundings and views are beautiful, the place feels cosy and the staff are friendly and courteous, with neighbour dogs that are also amiable, and the terrace offers a great spot to relax. However, after I mentioned in the reservation that we’d need a bathtub, I never got a reply; when we arrived at the glamping site there was no electricity and the cleaning was incomplete, and nobody answered my calls. Eventually a staff member showed up and explained that the owner hadn’t received any reservation notice, so we had to finish part of the cleaning ourselves, and the water in the tub was dirty and clearly not changed. This lack of communication ruined the evening’s mood from the start.
