The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The room faced a busy street, and with the window open the traffic could be heard even at night.

I got great value for a short stay in Graz; the nearby garage was 50% off, which was very convenient. The city centre is close and a pleasant walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. I especially want to thank the reception staff, in particular Mrs Izabela. Keep up the good work!

The location near the main train station is ideal, and the public transport links are great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was inviting and varied. A few hiccups were quickly resolved by the helpful staff, but in the double room only one set of bedding was prepared, and the in‑room telephone was present but not connected.
