“Good overall”

The 24‑hour restaurant was good, but the smoker room had a strong odor.

I would like to bring attention to the service provided by Aziza at the reception desk. Unfortunately, I found her manner of communication to be quite unprofessional and rude. It felt as though she was not treating guests with the appropriate level of respect or following proper customer service standards. I also had the impression that she treats all guests in the same manner without taking the specific situation into consideration. At the same time, the employee working the other shift is very polite, tactful, and professional in his communication and service. I would kindly ask the management to pay attention to this situation and consider speaking with Aziza about appropriate communication with guests. Perhaps some additional training on customer service standards and professional communication would be helpful. I hope this issue can be addressed and avoided in the future

The staff were attentive and always ready to accommodate requests; thank you. I wish everyone at this hotel all the best. I would have liked a transfer service in both directions.

Early check‑in is possible, of course for an extra fee. The elevator didn’t work, there was no hot water when I checked into the room, and after breakfast I felt sick. The continental breakfast only had fresh eggs and bacon, cucumbers, and potatoes that were clearly from yesterday. The shower room had mold.

“Not a quiet and comfortable stay”

The air conditioner broke down and the room was sweltering; on top of that, construction noise outside kept me from sleeping.
