The room size was fine. The shower was an issue.

The location and the staff’s politeness matched the hotel’s standards. I was always treated very courteously, so I had no problems with that. The number of staff is a real drawback; you’re left alone in the hotel, asking guest to guest where the pantry is, for example.

Everything was beautiful and the service was 10 out of 10.

The room was spotless and the shower worked great, and the location was perfect. I booked a double room but arrived to find two single beds; I told reception and they handled it quickly, though they should have double‑checked the reservation to avoid the mix‑up.
