My experience at the hotel was very good. The staff were excellent, the cleaning perfect and, overall, everything was very fine. The only thing that left a slightly bad taste in my mouth was seeing the huge amount of food wasted during meals. I saw plates practically full, of which only about 5% had been consumed, and then all that food ended up in the trash. I think this is something the hotel management should analyze and find a measure to reduce this waste, not only for economic reasons but also for responsibility and respect for food. The amount of food thrown away daily should represent a significant cost. Perhaps some of that money could even be used to improve staff conditions, for example with some financial incentive. Otherwise, my rating of the hotel is very positive. Precisely because everything else works very well, I think it would be important for management to also pay attention to this aspect.

“A due passi dal mare”

Wonderful place, very close to a delightful street with restaurants and shops. I stayed with my mother, who struggles a bit with long distances: this hotel allowed us to explore the waterfront and the beaches of Pietrasanta with absolute comfort. It is possible to park the car right on the street in front of the hotel; the street is residential and quiet. Breakfast was truly very appreciated, with the option to request dishes from the kitchen. The balcony, room and bathroom were very spacious for the standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful, extremely available. Thanks!

“Immer wieder gerne.”

The typical Italian hotel is quietly located not far from the beach and the tasty restaurants. Very nice hotel staff and a very, very good and abundant breakfast. Very good value for money.

Tranquillità was the highlight, but the blinds fell on their own, which was annoying.
