The staff were 10‑star and very kind, the facilities were decent. The hotel is very far from the metro. The rooms are small and there’s no space to leave a suitcase except on the floor, which blocks the way to the toilet; a fold‑away bench like in other hotels would help. There are also no towel hooks.

The room was large, especially by Japanese standards. The bathroom is tiny.

I loved the amenities such as the pools and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the location near the train station was ideal, plus having a convenience store downstairs was a big plus. The only thing that could be better is extending the pool hours.

Everything was perfect – from a squeaky‑clean toilet to the most comfortable bed, good AC, and the view, OMG.
