The reception was welcoming, the room was large with a balcony, and the amenities were good. There was no hair dryer, and the beds felt too soft.

Our host was wonderfully kind and the house sat in a quiet, pleasant spot; we got a huge, homely room of our choosing, though a few minor tech glitches showed up, like a dripping toilet flush and a spotty TV signal.
