The rooms were clean and well furnished, and the pool area looked nice—though it loses sun around 5 PMish. Breakfast was okay and there was plenty of free parking, though you might have to park uphill if the hotel is full. They even brought breakfast to our room when my wife was ill, which was very kind. The negatives, however, far outweigh the positives: rooms were cleaned only once every two days, and we were given just one free bottle of water during our stay—worth about €0.05 to provide daily. The vibe felt like we were being watched, and I get the sense the owner is a jerk, which shows in the staff. Prices for consumables were ridiculous (water 3 € vs 0.2 € outside). Bringing in outside drinks or food, even water, triggers a €25 fine if caught. The beach was closed, and other guests said it doesn’t exist. The bathroom and overall location stank like shit; the plumbing was horrible and you could smell sewage with a slight breeze. They charged my card TL at a FX rate of 36.5, costing me an extra 2 % credit‑card commission because they didn’t charge in EUR. At checkout they tried to scam me by claiming a mistake and demanding an extra 1000 TL, saying the FX rate was the same when they charged in August, but after I pointed out the 1000 TL difference matched the rise to 37.5, they caved and said “oh I thought you paid at entry.” That makes no sense since they said they checked FX rates during payment.

The staff were great, especially Firat, who was endlessly cheerful, kind, and helpful. The hotel’s setting offers great views and is relatively quiet. The balcony was large and perfect for lounging. The bed was comfortable. The little beach area is just a few minutes walk away, with sunbeds and parasols on a pier—very pretty. Breakfast was very traditional Turkish and large. No major negatives, but future guests should know that the closest restaurants on the other side of the harbour are a 20‑25 minute downhill walk and most are over‑priced; the return walk is quite steep. Bathrooms are small and ran out of shower gel (the shower seal wasn’t very effective). Drinks at the hotel are expensive and it’s forbidden to bring food or drink from outside. The rooftop bar’s opening times aren’t clear, and when it’s open, the music is loud. Room 104 has no sea view, is not as well maintained, and should probably be cheaper.

The staff were amazing, the location offers nice views, and the overall vibe is good. Housekeeping and cleaning could use improvement, and the hotel overall needs some service and maintenance upgrades.

Breakfast was fantastic. Nothing else to note.
