“Recomendable, comodo y centrico alojamiento en Penang”

The service and common areas were very clean. Check‑in was easy, clear and flexible. A great bonus was that they stored our luggage before and after our stay at no cost and it was super secure. Central, ideal for walking around and close to nightlife! We washed and dried clothes, but the dryer didn’t work properly, so we had to hang the clothes in the room to finish drying.

“Clean, safe, kind people.”

The accommodation was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom tidy. The location was good, with a quiet alley and a short walk to a 7‑11, a restaurant, and a bus stop. The staff were friendly. The downside was that the floor and walls are made of wood, so the place isn’t soundproof and anyone walking can hear clearly. Earplugs were available for guests.

“Great hostel in George Town”

The place is great – I stayed in room 6, which had no rooms above it, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They supplied slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste packs, and everything was spotless. The bed was comfy and the towels were super soft. The location is excellent: the street is quiet and all the main sights are within walking distance, plus the orange building is easy to spot. The keyless entry worked smoothly. The only drawback was that the walls aren’t soundproof, so you can hear other guests in the washroom and kitchen; earplugs were provided. The Wi‑Fi in the room was adequate, though it didn’t support a seamless video call – it was just fine for one meeting.

“Dirty, dark dungeon of a room”

I had a terrible experience in a room with a private bathroom. They gave me a room with a mattress on the floor and no natural light—only a tiny window looking into the hallway. To reach the room you had to climb steep stairs into what felt like a dungeon. The downstairs area was noisy with people talking near the kitchen. The room itself was old and a bit dirty, and long hairs from previous guests were found in the bathroom.
