“For a 5 stars rating that provide share toilet and small Onsen area,I m disappointed. But we do have a pleasant stay bec”

The property was very clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms only had a washing basin, no toilet or shower, and the shared toilet was a drawback. The building is old and far from town, and the onsen didn’t provide a shower cap or comb.

When I was stuck looking for a place to eat that evening, the front desk quickly checked the availability in the hotel restaurant and managed to reserve a spot for me. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The hot spring tub wasn’t huge, but it wasn’t crowded either, so I could soak at my leisure. It might have been after the public hours (until 21:00). The water quality left my skin feeling silky smooth. The view from the window, however, might not meet expectations.

I stayed in a spacious room with a clear view of the sky. The only downside was that there was an odor that bothered me.
