The property sits in a convenient spot, close to the city center and a park. Rooms are clean, with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer on the floor; the kitchen is generally available and well equipped for self-catering. Breakfast can be purchased and there's private parking. However, the rooms look used, the shower in the bathroom didn't close properly, breakfast is only for the very unpretentious, there's no coffee machine, and it's only available between 9 and 10.

The room with a bathroom is comfortable, and there's a table with chairs where you can eat freely. The location is near the GSB trail, and we cooked our own breakfast in the available kitchenette before heading out to the mountains before breakfast service began.

The owners are kind and friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant with a welcoming environment and plenty of greenery, everything is spotless, and the kitchenette is well equipped 😘💋

Nothing to say positively. The price-quality ratio in the whole area is disappointing.
