“On reviendra”

Very pleasant, pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the quality of the hotel rooms. The whole team took care of me, from the manager to the receptionists to the housekeeping staff. The bed was quality and the room very clean. A small tip: if you don’t like cramped spaces, don’t take the entry-level room, go up a category because those rooms are magnificent. We will come back.

“Some positives but very hard beds meant poor sleep”

The location was good and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it was quiet. The beds were very hard, and the toilet being separate from the sinks wasn’t great.

The rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning handled the August 2026 heatwave very well. The location is excellent, literally steps from the Poisonnière Metro station and a 10‑minute walk to Gare du Nord.

The place was calm and clean. We had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist at 23:55 on Sunday night.

Everything was good in the hotel, the staff were so kind . 1 plus poin there is a supermarkets just below the Hotel , bakery and the metro station is 1 minute walk . The location is fantastic 👌. This note for , please don't mention that the room has 1 single bed and 1 large double bed for three ppl . As the hotel will offer sofa bed insted of single bed
